Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Methods

jp99a supports a range of local and digital payment methods to facilitate player transactions. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10, applicable to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100. jp99a does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions.

Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to the player's account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. For withdrawals, approved requests are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes. In certain cases requiring further review, this period may be longer.

Funds Policy

All funds deposited into a jp99a account must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the player. jp99a reserves the right to hold or reject any withdrawal request until full identity verification is completed. Wagering Requirements

Before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn, players are required to meet a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

General Promotion Terms

Each promotion offered by jp99a is subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside that promotion. jp99a reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice. Misuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages, may result in account termination.

VIP Programme

jp99a offers a VIP program with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers progressively higher weekly cashback — from up to 0.3% at Bronze level up to 1.2% at Platinum level. Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's overall gaming activity.

Game Results

All game results on the jp99a platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an authorised third party. jp99a does not modify or influence game results in any way. Results recorded by the system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure.

Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption, server failure, or any issue that affects the integrity of a game during an active session, jp99a reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. No additional compensation will be provided for disruptions that are outside the platform's control.

Valid Bets

A bet is considered valid only after the platform system has fully confirmed its receipt and recording. jp99a is not responsible for bets that fail to process due to internet connection issues or disruptions on the player's end.

Player Conduct

Prohibition on Fraud

Any form of fraud, manipulation, collusion between players, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or attempts to deceive the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure without notice.

Account Information Sharing

Players are prohibited from giving any third party access to their jp99a account. Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is a violation of these Terms and may result in action being taken.

Respectful Conduct

Players are required to interact with support staff and other players with courtesy and respect. Abusive, threatening, or unlawful language in any communication with jp99a is not permitted.

Closure by the Player

Self-Exclusion
